Teck Yee Khong (1973-1974) has been appointed as President of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia. The College is one of the major Anglophone medical colleges for Pathology, the others being the College of American Pathologists and the Royal College of Pathologists (UK), and has members in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore, with some also in Saudi Arabia and the Emirate States.
Admitted to RCPA Fellowship in 2000, Yee currently holds the post of Senior Consultant Pathologist in SA Pathology, Women’s and Children’s Hospital, North Adelaide. He is Professor in the Department of Pathology and Department of O&G at University of Adelaide and Adjunct Professor, Department of Pathology, National University of Malaysia (UKM).
