The OP London dinner was held at the distinguished East India Club in St James’s Square thanks to OP connections with club member, Noel Ferrand (1943-1952). 70 OPs and their guests attended the dinner with ages ranging from very recent 2010 leavers to those who were at school during World War II including London Reunion stalwarts Alex Engler (1939-1944) and Julian Jourdain (1938-1946).
Speeches were made by the Headmaster, Mark Ronan, and OP President, Tom Nash (1968-1977), and after the superb meal guests moved to the American Bar at the club to continue catching up. “It was a really good evening. I think the younger OPs really enjoyed it and I hope we can continue to attract more recent leavers to future dinners,” commented Tom Nash.
