OP London Black Tie Dinner 2017
Friday 24th November 2017, 6.45pm for 7.15pm
The Cavalry & Guards Club, 127 Piccadilly, London, W1J 7PX
On behalf of the OP President, Andrew Wilson (89-99), and the OP Association we are delighted to announce that the annual OP London Reunion Dinner will take place on Friday 24 November 2017.
The London dinner is a highlight of the year amongst OPs of all ages. Each dinner is held in an exclusive venue to make it a special and unique occasion. The prestigious and impressive Cavalry & Guards Club will be the setting for this year’s dinner and the OPA is very grateful to David Parker (75-84) for his help in securing this exciting venue for us.
The Cavalry & Guards Club is located in an historic and elegant building in the heart of Mayfair at the Hyde Park Corner end of Piccadilly and is very easy to get to. The dinner will take place in the classical surroundings of the Field Marshal’s Room and as with previous dinners, we will be taking bookings for tables of 10 to enable you to arrange a reunion of your contemporaries at the event. If you are coming in a smaller group, as a couple, or on your own, tables will be arranged by year group so you will be seated with OPs of a similar vintage. If you need help getting in touch with your year group, please contact the OP Office as we would be pleased to assist.
The cost of the evening is £60.00 per person (OPs in full time education £35.00) to include a drink on arrival and a 3-course dinner with wine. A cash bar will also be available throughout the evening. The dress code is black tie or the equivalent for ladies and spouses/partners are of course welcome.
Finally, thank you to Richard Skowronek (99-10), OPA London rep, for his help with the arrangements for this year’s dinner.
We look forward to seeing you there!
