For those of you who aren’t following us on Twitter (@PocklingtonOPs – why not give it a go?!), we are pleased to report that Rob Peel and Iain Mcdougall completed their quincentenary jogpock cycle challenge on schedule, arriving safely back at school on Friday 23 May, ten days after they started out on their 500-mile journey (although they actually clocked up nearly 600 miles in total).
A big thank you to OPs and friends who put them up, or met up with them along the way, and for all those who have made a donation. The total raised both online and offline so far is £7129.50 (including Gift Aid) which is a fantastic achievement.
There is still time to donate if you would like to by clicking on the following link: http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/fundraiser-web/fundraiser/showFundraiserProfilePage.action?userUrl=jogpock&isTeam=true.
A full diary of their exploits will be published soon! Click here to see the photos from their epic journey.
